Products

Do you print all?

Yes, all our products are printed in our establishment.

What materials do you use?

As a general rule we use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a material derived from corn starch. This makes it a biodegradable material, but it degrades easily if they are in constant contact with water. On the other hand, we also have Filaflex (flexible material), Wood PLA (with a high percentage of wood particles) and Metallic PLA (with percentage of metal particles).


Do you paint everything by hand?

No, only those products that require it. As a general rule, if a product can be printed with a base color material, we do it directly. In case you have to paint, we print the figure in a neutral color (white, gray or black) and then start the post-processing, and finish with the hand-painted.


What does your post-processing consist of?

Our post-processing process begins with the removal of media that was generated during printing. After that, we sand the piece until it is perfect. In case the product consists of several pieces to be joined, we glue them, cover the joints with putty and sand again to leave a good finish. If necessary, we apply epoxy resin to give it a finer finish and more rigidity. Finally, we apply a coat of primer, we paint by hand and, when it has dried, we apply varnish.


I want a product in a different color from those available, is it possible?

Yes of course. Just select any other color from those available, and on the payment page, at the bottom, there is a space to leave notes. There, tell us which product of the order and in what color you want it. I have a 3D model and I would like to print it, can you do it?

Of course. Contact us at infoshop@identik3d.com indicating that you want a quote for 3D printing and attaching the file (if it is very heavy, preferably by WeTransfer).


Shipping

I have paid for my product but you still have not sent it

All our products are made to order. Because of that, we follow a strict creation method based on the order in which orders have been placed. At the time an order is placed and the payment has been processed correctly, it is placed on the list of orders to be made. When we start working on your order, you will be notified. From there, the printing and post-processing time must be counted, which in total can vary from a few minutes to several days depending on the product.

I’m not from A Coruña, but I’m going to go there. Can I pick up at the premises?

Yes, without problem. To do this, on the payment page indicate in the order notes that you want to collect it locally. Continue with the normal payment even if on the payment page it does not allow you to select the shipping method of “Local pickup”. Once the payment confirmation arrives, we will pay you the shipping costs if any.

How can I track my order?

We work with MRW and Correos España, so when they pick up an order from our establishment or leave it at Correos, they provide us with a tracking number, which we then send to the client so that they can be informed of where your order is found. Remember that if you have chosen free shipping with Ordinary Mail you will not have a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we make international shipments.


Returns

Can I make a change or a return of a product?

No, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All our products are made by hand under order. The photographs published in our store are of products that we have made ourselves, with their dimensions, weight and characteristics, so we consider that the client is fully aware of what they are buying.

I have received a product that does not match what I have ordered, what should I do?

As human beings, we may have made a mistake. Contact us at infoshop@identik3d.com indicating the order number and explaining the incident, and we will solve it as quickly as possible.

A damaged or broken product has arrived, what should I do?

As much as we don’t like it, in very rare cases the packages may not be treated with the delicacy they require. We promise that all products leave our facilities in perfect condition. But anyway, if any damaged or broken product arrives, send an email to infoshop@identik3d.com, indicating the order number, with photographs of the problem and explaining the incident a bit. We will try to solve it as quickly as possible.


Discounts

How can I use the discount coupon?

In order to apply a discount coupon you have two options. The first is to go see the shopping cart and at the bottom it lets you enter it. The second, and more comfortable, is on the payment page, at the top. Remember that you can use the coupon from the moment it has arrived, that some have an expiration date (it will be indicated) and that others cannot be applied with more coupons, that is, that there can only be one active.


Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store, but we do have a small studio where you can collect orders or make personalized orders in person. Anyway, you can find us at youth conventions in Galicia and Asturias, where all our discounted products will be compared to our online store.
