How long will it take to prepare my order?

The order preparation period may vary depending on which items are included in the purchase. All estimated article preparation times are indicated on their respective product pages. Many items are made to order (for example, the figures) and the preparation time is approximate.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All shipments will be made by the Correos España or MRW transport companies. The delivery time of orders varies depending on the shipping address.

The estimated time for those orders sent with Correos España is as follows:

  • Spain: 3-5 business days
  • North America: 15-30 business days
  • Europe: 5-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-30 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 15-30 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-30 business days

The estimated time for those orders shipped with MRW is as follows:

  • Spain: 1-2 business days
  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-7 business days

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.

Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address.

Shipping costs will be free on purchases over € 20 (only for shipments that do not include a figure or any product that we consider fragile).

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 14 working days in Spain, or 45 days in international shipments, from the confirmation that your order has been sent, you have not received it, contact us through the mail shop@identik3d.com.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order at no cost at our office, located at C / Real 20, 1º 15003 A Coruña. The pick-up hours are Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Take your order confirmation email with you and ask us.

Once we confirm that your order is ready, you can come and look for it at any time during the specified time. You can telephone us at 981 03 25 82 or send us an email to shop@identik3d.com to let us know that you are coming.

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when Identik3D Shop is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
